Line Break worked with the Wedge Co-op on messaging their new Co-op Affordability Project (CAP). We facilitated two focus groups of Wedge owners currently enrolled in needs-based assistance, and generated a key findings and recommendations report based on focus group and survey data. Recommendations included messaging strategies for Wedge staff in engaging with Wedge customers eligible for CAP, messaging language targeted to current Wedge customers who may be eligible for CAP, and communications strategies to connect with individuals not currently shopping at the Wedge who may be interested in CAP.
