Line Break Media worked with MN350 to develop an internal organizational narrative as a guiding values document for their climate solutions work. The narrative served as a foundation for MN350 to develop their current vision, mission, and strategy statements.

Day-to-day, the organizational narrative is a living document that guides MN350′s leadership development and agenda setting: each person interested in joining the MN350 leadership team reviews and commits to the deep vision held in the narrative, continuously holding the organization accountable to its deepest vision. MN350 also uses the organizational narrative as a source document for messaging and communications.
